i told my friend heather that i wanted to start shopping at f21. she gawked at me. and it’s no surprise really, i should’ve been more clear: i want to start shopping at f21 for casual, summertime dressy things because they have super cute stuff, as evidenced here, and is so inexpensive you can buy a ton of stuff that you know you can only wear one season and not really think twice about it.
